Return and Exchange policy for domestic orders

Return Policy:
1.    We offer an exchange-only policy with no refunds. 

 

Exchange Policy: 
1.    All exchange requests must be raised via email to info@giirastyle.com within 48 hours of receiving the order. 
2.    Exchange can only be requested under one of the following conditions:
I.    The product is defective
II.    The product received is not the size you ordered
III.    An incorrect product is delivered to you
3.    Shipping: Upon fulfilling any of the above three criteria, customers need to arrange for the courier of the package back to the shipping address, and the entire shipping expenses will be fully covered by us as per actuals.
4.    Condition: Products must be in their original packaging with tags intact. Items without original tags will not be accepted.
5.    Usage: Items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
6.    Restrictions: Once an order is exchanged, customers cannot request another exchange.
7.    Delivery: Exchange/replacement items will be delivered to the same address as the original order.

 

International Orders:
